In order for you to have a successful estate or tag sale, one-third of the items for sale should contain the following items we know people are looking to purchase; e.g., fine jewelry, sterling silver service pieces, coins, certain musical instruments, antiques, sports memorabilia, military memorabilia, investment paintings, vintage toys & collectibles, Mid Century Modern furnishings.  The value of the personal property offered for sale should have the potential to achieve the minimum sales revenue of $10,000.
